Structure and Principle: Our horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge represents the forefront of technology in continuous, high-efficiency centrifugal separation and dehydration. It encompasses both horizontal spiral filter centrifuges and horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuges. The working principle is based on the synchronized high-speed rotation of the drum and spiral, effectively segregating solid and liquid phases. Noteworthy features include dual motor and inverter, premium  bearings, a Siemens PLC touch screen, and a robust 24-hour continuous run capability. Built with durability, the contact parts use SS304, the engine base is crafted from carbon steel, and the spiral is fortified with a hard alloy wear-resistant layer.
